Este verano Cullera ofrece un nuevo servicio a sus turistas, las biblioplayas. En una apuesta por la cultura y el fomento de la lectura, la Concejalia de Turismo de Cullera pone a disposición de sus bañistas dos biblioplayas ubicadas en la playa de San Antonio (frente edificio Ferrobús) y playa del Racó (frente zona deportiva).
En las biblioplayas, formadas por un stand de madera de 22m², se exponen más de 5.000 libros que abarcan literatura clásica, contemporánea, juvenil, infantil e incluso pasatiempos. El horario de apertura de las biblioplayas va de 10:30 a 14:30h y de 17:30 a 24:00h durante todos los días de julio y agosto.
Para el préstamo de libros se tendrá que depositar una fianza acorde con el valor del ejemplar, que será devuelta una vez depositado el libro y comprobado el perfecto estado del mismo (no se podrán devolver libros rotos, mojados, con marcas o manchados). Los libros tendrán que ser devueltos cada día antes de las 22:00h, pudiendo ser reservados para el día siguiente.
